We take utmost care while packing your order to ensure items arrive in a good condition, but if your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.Please choose your items carefully, as any change in mind due to delayed delivery may not be accommodated.
If you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately for us to organize a replacement product. For replacements all faulty items need to be returned at your cost, before we can dispatch the new product.

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products on this site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products which you have ordered, we will inform you in writing of this error and give you an option of either continuing at the correct price or cancelling your order.
